Parking
One hour of parking is validated in the 360 State Street parking garage. Receive validations from the cashier when you check out at our register.
Take your cart on the elevator (in our lobby) up to your parking level. After you load your groceries in your car, leave the shopping cart in the cart corral in the garage. Simple and easy.
If you want to park longer then one hour, the next 1 hour is $2. Only credit and debit cards are accepted at the garage.
Parking is also available along Chapel Street and Orange Street. This parking is metered.
Handicap Parking: There are handicap parking spaces available in the 360 State Street parking garage and there is one handicap metered parking space on Chapel Street in front of Elm City Market. If you are in a van that is too tall for the garage and the handicap spot on Chapel is full, you can drop off in the U driveway on State Street. This spot is only for drop off and no parking is allowed. Call ECM for more details or for any problems with handicap parking.
