Respect Your Rhythms

Tranquil Tuesday: Respect Your Rhythms

Respecting Your Rhythms: daily, monthly, seasonally. Because we are part of nature, rather than separate from it, our bodies have innate rhythms that sync with daily, monthly and seasonal cycles.  When we acknowledge these rhythms and make choices to live with respect to them, we can increase our natural well-being and vitality in both physical and emotional ways.

“The body heals itself, as it’s designed to do, if not interfered with, but supported appropriately.” This principle guides all treatment plans at Natural Family Health, designed by Dr. Leigh White with her nature cure medicine – whole food nutrition, homeopathy, lifestyle counseling, and hydrotherapy.  Dr. White specializes in naturopathic family health care, assisting and supporting families with everyday health issues, both acute and chronic. A sliding scale fee is offered to those who qualify based on family size and income.  Natural Family Health, LLC at 410 State St. in North Haven.  203.980.0465;contact@naturalfamilyhealth.net
